You must be between 16-38 years of age at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. Winners must be legal residents of Deschutes, Jefferson or Crook county. Only videos between :15-:30 in length will be accepted; acapella only, no instruments or backup. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
Winner will be selected on Feb. 29, 2016 by Fox Central Oregon internal committee. Winner will be notified by telephone and/or email and will be announced on March 2, 2016. If a winner is unreachable after three (3) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If NewsChannel 21 / KTVZ.com cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.
PRIZE: American IDOL Finale Trip for two to Los Angeles including roundtrip airfare from Redmond, OR; lodging for 2 nights; two tickets to the American IDOL finale in April 2016 (exact date TBD); $250 gift card. Total value approximately $2,000.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of said automated voting will lead to votes being voided.
Only one registered account per voter. If multiple accounts are detected for a single voter, they will be disabled and votes disqualified.

NewsChannel 21 / KTVZ.com reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60-mile radius of the affiliate's' office.
